Each with its own strength:
- Ostseestaal – since 1996, around 200 employees. Cuts, forms and assembles steel, up to complete vessel sections.
- Ampereship – builds and equips electric vessels, and converts existing ones from fuel to electric drive.
- OMS – builds the doors and hatches, from engineering to commissioning, all in-house.

OMS started with single shell doors. Over the years, this has grown into complete systems: door, frame, hydraulics and controls as one module – measured in 3-D and tested before it leaves our hall, then installed at your yard by our own team.
